最近临近《战地6》预购,那必是赤石大王不得不品尝的一环。由于Steam中途换过一个账户,所以EA大号绑定了Steam小号,EA小号绑定了Steam大号,寻思趁此机会给换过来。
EA HELP 新界面

按照正常流程首先进入了 EA Help: Official support 页面,映入眼帘的是一个完全陌生的界面,一查才知道EA在8月1号焕新了Help系统,如图。
问题不大,熟练的找到 How to link to an EA Account 选项,拉到最底部点击 Contact us 进入 Connect Flow,填写标题和理由后提交,随后选择 Chat with us 联系在线客服,却收到 This issue isn't supported by advisors 的提示,也就是说在线客服并不支持此类问题的咨询。

更换海外主邮箱&客服对线
随后我选择了 Compromised EA Account 的 Issue,选择平台为 PC 并填写理由后 Submit,再次选择 Chat with us 依旧弹出相同提示,并且在各处都无法找到邮件案例的提交途径。我百思不得其解,本着试一试的想法在 Account Management 将我的主邮箱(@163.com)换绑为海外邮箱(@gmail.com),再次尝试联系客服后居然成功进入排队序列。(以前就听说某宝代购Origin游戏的店铺不接受使用国内邮箱新注册的账户,看来EA再次收紧了这方面的管控)
经过短暂的等待,成功接通在线客服,这里直接贴出对话记录供参考(个人信息已隐去):

- Inchep (2025/8/3 13:38:52): So apparently you are allowed to link only one platform link account with an EA account once a life time , so as you are trying to link a new one you are getting this error so we have to escalate your case to our team so that they can grant you the access to link a new one and once granted and updated by our team by email you will be able to link your steam on your EA account you want. So it seems that linking an account has been removed from the normal support queue so apologies but we cannot assist you directly with this however we will be escalating your case to our dedicated team and they will help you with this and email you when you will be able to link your console so we would request you to wait for our team to update you on this by email and that this can take up to 72 hours. and keep checking your inbox for an email from customerexperience@ea.com.
